Tomato sauce with sausage and mushrooms
The intense taste of sausage (salsiccia) enhanced by the softer taste of mushrooms in a thick sauce.
The best sauce for its taste and simplicity of preparation, excellent for example with pasta.
Suitable for all types of pasta, ideal also with polenta.
Try it with gnocchi too.
Remove the lid and reheat in a bain-marie or microwave.
