In production, it uses a traditional method without the addition of dyes, preservatives and emulsifiers, i.e. without Eček.

A terrine is a traditional meat dish originally from France. It is prepared from a mixture of pork, veal or poultry, but also from duck or goose liver.

This type contains larger pieces of meat than in classic pate.
