The farmer's terrine with Armagnac from Jean Brunet is one of the basic terrines and is not only interesting as a snack.Armagnac is a special type of cognac and, in combination with duck meat, gives the terrine an unforgettable experience.The French terrine is a traditional coarse-grained pâté. It is made from pork, veal or poultry, but also from duck or goose liver, and unlike traditional pâtés, this type of pâté contains larger pieces of meat.

Ingredients : Pork 94% (pork fat, pork liver, pork neck), salt, Armagnac 0.6%, spices (nutmeg), pepper.
