Brezzo mandarin blossom honey is produced in Calabria, where alongside huge areas of orange groves there are clementine crops large enough to allow the collection of pure single flower mandarin honey.

This Brezzo mandarin honey is light in color, with shades ranging from very pale yellow to ivory white.

It crystallizes quickly and acquires a naturally creamy consistency.

The aroma is soft and fresh, the taste is fruity to floral. Excellent in combination with fresh and mature cheeses.

Ideal for sweetening and in chilled drinks. It is also referred to as an evening herbal tea sweetener.

Harvest season: April - May. Collection area: Calabria. Consistency: crystallized. Color: pale yellow with a tendency to ivory. Aroma: delicate, fresh.

Taste: delicate, floral to fruity.
