It is produced according to an ancient recipe from northern Italy, preserved in the Dolomite mountains. Its taste does not come from an excessive use of spices, which often serve to mask the taste of low-quality meat. It comes from deep natural smoking and a slow dry aging process that guarantees its tenderness and distinct flavor.
The meat is first cut into thin strips, lightly seasoned, and then cold-smoked for half a day. Subsequently, it is dried for several days at a low temperature.
The result is a concentrated flavor dominated by smokiness. An ideal quick snack that satisfies and curbs cravings for "unhealthy" snacks.

Superior Wild Boar Jerky - Smoked Wild Boar Dried Meat
The taste is wild and very intense, with a hint of smoky flavor that does not overpower the taste of the meat.
The raw material used is wild boar leg, which is hand-cut into thin slices, seasoned with spices, and smoked for 24 hours with beech wood.
Finally, they are slowly aged for 5 to 6 days to guarantee their tenderness and flavor.
40g of dried meat requires 135g of fresh meat.
