Brezzo
Brezzo honeys are natural products, they are not flavored, they do not contain aromas and they are honeys produced by bees that visit single flower fields.
The taste of honey is influenced by the particular flower of the plant.
Italian orange honey
Orange honey is, together with acacia honey, one of the best known and most popular in Italy.
Orange honey is always very light in color, from straw yellow (in the liquid state) to white (in the solidified state).
It is mostly slightly crystalline, with crystals that dissolve pleasantly in the mouth.
The very delicate taste and aroma is reminiscent of orange blossoms that bees have collected.
Due to its very recognizable smell and aroma, it is one of the most used honeys in confectionery, often in the preparation of nougats.
Goes well with cheeses.
It is also excellent as an alternative to refined sugar in cold drinks.
Brezzo honey experts respect the properties of this gift of nature at every stage of the production process, which is strictly controlled and prepared without heat treatment. Interventions in the product are minimal and honeys from different batches are not mixed in order to preserve their typicality.
