Red Hawaiian sea salt

Hawaiian red salt is sea salt "extracted" from the seas of the Hawaiian archipelago.

Handmade, it is packaged without any type of refining, thus falling into the category of natural whole salts.

Its red colour is due to contact with the red volcanic clay present on the seabed, and its strong to slightly astringent taste is due to its high iron oxide content.

Serving: Rosso Hawaiiano di Brezzo is a sea salt that can be used as a regular table salt, and its aromatic notes go well with grilled and roasted meats, grilled vegetables and potatoes, and is particularly suitable for sushi.
