Its preparation, which is the result of centuries-old traditions, is a true masterpiece.

A top product obtained after at least 25 years of very slow aging in small special wooden barrels.

This balsamic vinegar from Modena is carefully aged in small barrels of chestnut, cherry, mulberry, juniper and oak.

A product with great versatility and best enjoyed raw.

It is excellent together with parmesan and strawberries, add it to a creamy risotto, it goes well with baked and boiled meats.

It enhances the aromas and flavors of every dish.

Bottled in a special Consorcia bottle to protect the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena.
