Apicoltura Rossi's plum jam is made from the best Tuscan plums and sugar.
It is prepared by slow cooking in a vacuum cooker and according to the traditional recipes of the Rossi company.
The best fruits are selected to create a product with an intense and natural taste, to which only a small amount of sugar is added.
Thanks to the right balance between the sweetness of the sugar and the bitterness of the plums, the jam gets an excellent taste, whether you enjoy it on bread or crackers.
