The drying of Macara aromatic plants takes place in a natural way, which allows slow drying and is necessary to fix and preserve all the best organoleptic properties of the aromatic plants.
Rosemary is harvested in mid-May, when it reaches the vegetative stage. Defoliation is done by hand, whole leaves with needles typical of rosemary are obtained.
Recommended use:
For marinating boiled, roasted or grilled red meat or for frying in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, ideal for baked potatoes, vegetable soups.
