Rossi lavender honey comes from bees that collect nectar from lavender flowers and is considered one of the best honeys that can be found on the market.

Single-flower lavender honey is produced mainly from the so-called Lavandino genus, which was created by crossing spigot and true lavender.

The color is light yellow and the very rapid crystallization yields fine crystals, very pleasant on the palate.

Its most characteristic note is given by a scent that is clearly reminiscent of lavender.

It boasts a very delicate taste. Thanks to this peculiarity, lavender honey is immediately recognizable and is highly valued by honey lovers.

It is suitable for cakes, pies, whole grain bread and desserts.
