We recommend 15-20 g of sauces or creams per portion, directly raw on the dish or after a light warming in a pan. For the oil and the glaze, we recommend one teaspoon of raw product per portion. Rice and Tagliatelle to be consumed after a proper cooking.

Ingredients: mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, black olives, salt, truffle aroma.
Extra virgin olive oil dressing White Truffle flavour - 100ml
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, white truffle flavouring (Tuber magnatum Pico), dried white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pic).
Carnaroli Rice with summer Truffle - 350g
Ingredients: rice Carnaroli, dried black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1% which corresponds to 5% fresh truffle, truffle flavouring.
Fettuccine with black truffle - 250g
Ingredients: durum wheat flour, fresh egg 25%, ground black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, flavouring, salt.
Porcini Mushrooms and White Truffle Cream - 80g
Ingredients: porcini mushrooms 58,5%, white precious truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 0,5%, extra virgin olive oil, truffle flavouring.
White truffle paste - 45 g
Ingredients: mushrooms, white precious truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 1%, sunflower oil, green olives, salt, truffle aroma.
Pesto with summer Truffle - 80g
Ingredients: basil, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), PINE NUTS 1%, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittad) 3%, Pecorino cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), vegetable fibre, trehalose, salt, flavouring, E330, E270.
