Apicoltura Rossi pear jam is made from the best Williams pears and sugar.
It is prepared by slow cooking in a vacuum cooker and according to the traditional recipes of the Rossi company.
The best fruits are selected to create a product with an intense and natural taste, to which only a small amount of sugar is added.
Thanks to the right balance between the sweetness of sugar and Williams pears, the jam gets a great taste, whether you enjoy it on bread or on crackers.
Also suitable for cakes, pies and yogurts.
