In the Middle Ages, laudemius was the flower of the harvest or part of the lord's table. Today, the Laudemio® brand is an ambassador of the high art of Tuscan olive oil and its masterpieces.

Laudemio® was born in the mid-1980s, when a group of farmers made a pact of excellence that was well ahead of national and European legislation. A pact, now as then, based on strict rules and rigorous quality control.

History, tradition, authenticity, respect for the territory and the environment are the principles that guide the entire Laudemio production process. From the harmonious management of the olive groves to the selective harvesting of the fruit at its perfect stage of ripeness, from pressing to kneading, from cold extraction to bottling and careful preservation of the product.

The final selection is carried out by special inspection bodies and two very strict tasting committees: only the best extra virgin olive oil, the perfect genuine oil, intact and with an extraordinary organoleptic personality, can boast the Laudemio® label.

Laudemio® oil is the most precious olive oil in Tuscany. The colour is green to light yellow-gold. The aroma is very intense with notes of grasses and herbs. It appears in lush greens, smells of freshly cut grass and artichokes and has an intense, wonderfully spicy flavour. 

Laudemio® oil is rich in polyphenols, which are less frequently found in most middle oils.

In gastronomy, it is suitable for soups, vegetable salads, typical Tuscan dishes, roasted vegetables, pasta and fish dishes.

This oil is one of the absolute best of Italian production. Each piece is packed in a gift box, which also protects the oil from light. The oil is thus kept in the dark.

In November cold pressed oil, without oxygen and then filtered. This process takes place within 6 hours of harvest.

Olive varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino

    The Laudemio® brand and packaging are patented in Italy and abroad and are known worldwide as synonymous with exceptional and high quality.

    Storage: 

    Store in a dark, dry and cool place at a temperature below 20°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

    Ingredients: 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a select grade of olive oil extracted directly from the olives using only mechanical processes.
