Apicoltura Rossi blueberry jam is made from the best Tuscan blueberries and sugar.

Rossi jams are prepared by slow cooking, using a vacuum cooker and according to traditional recipes.

The best fruits are selected to create a product with a distinct and natural taste, to which only a small amount of sugar is added.

Thanks to the right balance between the sweetness of sugar and the bitterness of raspberries, the jam gets an excellent taste, whether it is eaten alone, on bread or on crackers.

Also suitable for cakes and pies.
