Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Barrique without dyes
The aroma of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) comes from its aging in "barrels" made from different types of wood.
The wood thus softens the product over time.
The result is a finished product of high quality and an intense essence that enhances the taste of dishes.
This balsamic vinegar from Modena is the product of careful aging in special mulberry, chestnut and cherry barrels.
It is suitable for flavoring salads and omelets of all kinds (but especially with onions).
We recommend it for light preparations, with all kinds of vegetables, preferably raw in season.
