Bianchetto Truffle Sauce
Giuliano Tartufi
White truffle paste (Tuber borchii Vitt.) is one of the most popular products: the typical taste of truffles and mushrooms, and its ease of use make it a versatile product for a variety of recipes.
Serving
- On bread (toasted or with croutons)
- On pasta, risotto, with polenta
- For filling pasta (ravioli or tortellini) or meat
- Grilled, roasted or fried meat
- Grilled, roasted or fried vegetables (in particular potatoes, artichokes and aubergines)
- Omelettes
- Pizza
- Baked fish
Use
We recommend 15-20 grams per person. The sauce can be served cold on toast or warmed in a pan as a pasta sauce. Depending on your capabilities, you can prepare more elaborate dishes by adding cream, béchamel, butter, processed cheese, oil or mayonnaise.
Bonus
White truffle paste is one of the easiest products to cook and combine with all ingredients.
Ingredients: mushrooms, sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar (apple cider vinegar, antioxidant E224 (contains sulphites)), white truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.) 2%, sugar, natural flavouring, salt, dried juniper berries, dried parsley, dried ginger.
