Whole bianchetto Truffle - without flavours
Whole bianchetto Truffle - without flavours
Sacchi Tartufi
The white truffle (known professionally as Tuber Borchii Vitt. or Tuber albidum Pico, or commonly in various parts of Italy as Marzuolo) is first quality, whole and preserved in brine.
This type of preserved truffle is for enthusiasts who do not want to give up the taste of delicious white truffles even out of season.
Serving
- Serve already on ready-made dishes and appetizers
- For pasta and risotto
- Preparation of gourmet sauces and stir-fries.
Use
Because of its consistency, we recommend grating or, better still, chopping into fine slices with a small knife.
If you need it, it can be prepared with butter, cream or olive oil together with pasta or to make truffle risotto.
Don't forget to use the brine at the bottom of the jar as a condiment.
Bonus
- A high quality gift, suitable not only for gourmets.
Ingredients: White truffle (Tuber borchii, Vitt.), water, salt. Without flavours
