A history dating back to the beginning of the 20th century and a recipe that still faithfully adheres to the traditional recipe of our grandmothers!
Their special feature is the double baking, i.e. the first baking of the "filoncino" for about 30 minutes and the second baking after slicing the warmed filoncino (still soft) for another 7-8 minutes to make them crispy.
They are served with good coffee or liqueur.
Ingredients: wheat flour type "0", sugar 22%, dark chocolate 22%, pasteurized eggs , pasteurized egg white , cane sugar 2.5%, raising agents (E450, E500), butter ( milk ), honey, flavorings, salt .
