The Carolina Reaper or Carolina Reaper Smokin'Ed chili pepper can reach up to 2,200,000 SHU (Scoville heat units) thanks to its high heat. In 2013, it was officially declared the hottest chili in the world and registered in the Guinness Book of Records.
Carolina Reaper chili peppers are deep red and round in shape. Its lower end is terminated by a tail that resembles the tail of a scorpion.

During production, special cold processing techniques were used, which allow the characteristic aroma of fresh pepper to be preserved. Our Carolina Reaper super pepper not only satisfies the taste buds with a burning sensation, but also the nose with fragrant notes of fresh chili.

Pairing
The taste is very spicy, fruity, with hints of chocolate and cinnamon. In the mouth, it gradually releases a long-lasting feeling of warmth, which progresses to the nose and throat. It should be used sparingly in cooking and, in a judicious combination, will enhance the flavor of grilled meat, roasted game, pizza and spaghetti. It is ideal for preparing exotic sauces and barbecue sauces.

From a health point of view, the Carolina Reaper is a real panacea because it contains vitamin A, which helps to keep the eyes, hair and skin in perfect condition.
