Use in the kitchen:

There are many uses for Summer Truffle Carpaccio, from appetisers to first courses to a second course based on meat or fish. Excellent also for eggs or a fresh mozzarella. It is advisable not to heat it too much as the flavour of the truffle would tend to dissipate.

No cooking is required, the slices can be added directly to the desired dish

We recommend one teaspoon of slices per serving.
